OUR PACKAGING
It is very important to us that we remain an environmentally friendly company. This continues through to our packaging and delivery method. Our pre loved boxes and cardboard protection sheets are sourced locally and are completely recyclable. Our tape that seals this all together is biodegradable, so it will not harm the worms in your garden and finally our couriers. We proud ourselves in using a 100% Carbon Neutral Delivery service. Meaning their net release of CO2 is zero.
SEALANT
After all our research we opted for Tung seed oil to be used as our sealant in keep with our eco ethos. As this is a drying oil made from a seed of a nut. We do advise all our clients if they do have a nut allergy to use with caution and to test prior to heavy use.
BASES
You will see when you flip your board over, there is fabric glued to the base. This allows all items to slide easily and to avoid scratching surfaces. The fabric is made from 100% recycled plastic and attached with a non toxic water base glue. So no harmful chemicals. We advise for longevity please do not submerge in water for extended periods of time and allow for fabric to dry, as to avoid mould.
PURCHASING
Thank you for being part of our journey and on welcoming a beautiful handcrafted piece into your home. As most items are made from a natural product, we should warn you...they can be quite heavy. To avoid scratching surfaces we have placed backing on all items. We suggest to avoid damage to the items or your environment is to keep items flat and avoid mishandling.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
As all items are sealed with a natural oil made from Tung seed, it will wear off over time with hard scratching or scrubbing. We recommend no harsh chemicals be used in the cleaning process and avoid hard abrasive sponges. When cleaning use warm water on a soft sponge (eco friendly cleaner products can be used in conjunction with this). All products are not dishwasher safe.
